Piccsy :: I would ask for still more

18 03 2013

I’d never heard of Rabindranath Tagore before I stumbled upon this image. A tad creepy, but the sentiments are gorgeous.

Piccsy :: picc.

I would ask for still more, if I had the sky with all its stars,
and the world with its endless riches; but I would be content with
the smallest corner of this earth if only she were mine.

Ah, Tagore. The greatest writer of love poems ever.
My favorite:
I seem to have loved you in numberless forms, numberless times…
In life after life, in age after age, forever.
My spellbound heart has made and remade the necklace of songs
that you take as a gift, wear round your neck in your many forms,
In life after life, in age after age, forever.

Quieter Elephant

I have a cold. It makes my eyes soggy.
Got a problem with that?

Never. Blubber away. It’s one of my favorite things about people.
