Not MORE bloody turkey?!

27 12 2011

OK, so now we’re on day 3 of our fowl diet… but there’s not a lot left to go thankfully.

Even the dog got in on the act and stole a perfectly symmetrical breast off my plate at lunchtime while I was answering the front door. No idea if she’d checked out the sarnie on the same plate, but it contained the last of the crispy bacon and I was willing to take the chance. As the holidays progress, it becomes ever harder to liven up the remnants of the majestic bird that once graced our table. Tonight we had it with a truly scumptious rice side-dish, originally found in the BBC Good Food magazine back in January 2008, and intended at that time for cod. It turns out the recipe is available online too (along with many other recipes from Auntie). Enjoy!

I’m also a dog who loves a perfectly symmetrical breast.

I’ve always felt more than a mouthful is a waste.

I’ve always felt, about all body parts, that as long as they suit the beautiful person, then they’re beautiful.
