Adbusters Culturejammer Headquarters

The other day Bunbury and I were discussing advertising, marketing and the impact on culture. I mentioned a magazine I’d once seen called Adbusters… and now I’ve found their online presence. They describe themselves as follows: “We are a global network of culture jammers and creatives working to change the way information flows, the way corporations wield power, and the way meaning is produced in our society.” Their material is often thought provoking, and their creatives come up with a steady stream of anti-adverts. I enclose a couple of examples below, just to give a flavour. Point being… you are personally responsible for the influences you choose to be swayed by. THINK!
